Since the academic year 2024/2025, I have been teaching the course Applied Digital Transformation as a professor at the German University of Applied Sciences - DHAW, within the MBA's program in Business Management.

The course focuses on how organizations design and implement digital transformation initiatives. Students are introduced to frameworks, tools, and strategies for managing change, aligning technology with business goals, and fostering innovation in dynamic environments.
